NO VENDOR FORM - This status is shown when the vendor has paid, however the vendor has not completed the Vendor Registration Form.

NO CERTS- This status is shown when the vendor has paid, however the vendor has not completed uploading their Certificates of Insurance.

PROCESSING - This status is shown when the vendor has uploaded their Certificates of Insurance but they have NOT been reviewed for compliance.

NON-COMPLIANT - This status is shown when the vendor has not fulfilled their requirements. The vendor will need to login to their ASN account and view the issues with their compliance and correct them.

COMPLIANT - This status is shown when the vendor has successfully completed all their compliance requirements.

*Other notes may appear in this field for Refunds as Refunded or Refunds Pending. This status is a temporary status as we purge the system.

** A status followed by a date such as No Certs 03042015 - means the last time this vendor status was reviewed and updated was on March 4, 2015.
